Modern production and deflashing techniques 

Also in the production area, we offer the most modern and innovative techniques. We produce in compression, injection and in core stamp procedure. 

Our injection molding machines have a clamping force from 80 to 350 to and are capable of robotic handling and removal. Finishing of the products is done with special tools and deflashing machines.

Our deflashing machines are combined with nozzle and centrifuge techniques as well as product specific appliances and tools. Additionally we developed the gas injection process.
